Suggestions to Start

Before beginning your questionnaire, be sure to have the following information available:

1. A few smart phone photos and short video walk-thru.
2. A simple sketch or floor plan. (Don’t worry, we explain more later in this form)
3. Your appliance selections. (No worries if you don’t have them. We’ll use placeholders until they’re selected)

Terms and Conditions

1. IKD's Refund Policy

IKD offers a full refund to customers who have not started their design process and if the design package was purchased less than 6 months ago. Design fees cannot be refunded for customers who have started the design process, received their initial design, or if the design package has not been used and more than 6 months have passed since its purchase.

2. Customer Measurement Accuracy

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their measurements.

3. IKEA’s Inventory

IKD does not have access to IKEA's inventory quantities. Our designs cannot be based on it.

IKEA’s Home Planner is a proprietary ordering format used to order their products. We’ll upload your design onto it so you’ll be completely ready for purchase.

Our questionnaire captures what’s needed to begin your IKEA design. You’ll also be able to share design ideas and clarifications during our pre-design Consultation Call.

We can not accept any links to Google Drive folders or Word Documents with further design information. Our designers will design exclusively with your questionnaire and consultation info.
