Merari designs kitchens that are both low-maintenance and beautiful. Her inspiration comes from the clean and modern look of European design, where everything is easily tucked away, hidden and cleaned up.

In her six years working with IKD she’s found that her favorite designs themes are modern spaces with clean lines. So when Merari designs an IKEA kitchen, you can be sure the design will be symmetrical and streamlined thanks to hidden appliances, touches of stainless steel and unique concealed storage.

Since she grew up in a large family she knows how important efficiency is in a kitchen. This is why proper storage and safety issues are always at the top of her design list.

Merari is a movie connoisseur who enjoys foreign films, romantic comedies and even the occasional action movie (she particularly likes Tom Hiddleston and the Avenger movies.)
