1. Semihandmade has options.

Florence isn’t limited to standard-sized doors, as she is when designing with IKEA. If her design calls for unique measurements, then she knows Semihandmade will deliver. When hacking SEKTION cabinets to fit a space, she has to be careful to trim them down to a door size IKEA carries unless she’s using Semihandmade.

Many clients seek glass doors for cabinets as a more modern take on the China closet. A few well-lit cabinets with glass doors allow customers to show off special dishes and glassware while also brightening the space. IKEA has two widths for glass doors, but Semihandmade offers six widths.

2. Semihandmade is on trend.

More and more customers are asking for a built-in look when designing around kitchen appliances. IKEA doesn’t sell panels specifically for built-in appliances, but Semihandmade does.
